MARSO Kft. won Business Superbrands Award


Sándor Somlai, the manager director of the company said that “We believe that this assessment, which our brand won, not only provide security for our clients and partners but also give guaranty in their everyday choice. The award is a positive feedback of our brand that highlights the best agents on professional basis”. The members of the jury, which assigns the award, are respected experts of the province that demonstrate the success of the given brands with their decision. The nomination is exclusively on the basis of professional aspects, since no one can compete or apply for the award.

According to Sándor Somlai the award is thanks to the high-level, long-term planning service resting on the mutual satisfaction. “One of the most favourable advantages of MARSO – being such a big tyre distributer that cannot be found elsewhere in Europe – is that it can meet all the product challenges of the market. We continuously store a stock of 150 000-200 000 tyres, which is easily and quickly accessible from all parts of the country, and our price income exceed 10 billion forint every year”. According to the manager director they strained after to be a trustworthy and calculable partner of their dealers and clients concerning the prices from the beginning. Their aim is that the quality, security providing service should cover all consumer circles in the future, therefore 16 company seats in 12 cities throughout the country are waiting on the customers in modern service conditions; apart from selling and mounting of the tyres prompt service and other car diagnostic services are available.
According to András Wiszkidenszky, director of Superbrands Hungary, several market agents can be found in Hungary that provide world standard services for our customers. “With the Superbrands award our aim is that these brands should set a good example for the younger, perhaps less successful, desirous if developing brands as well. The Superbrands Committee lays a great emphasis on the success of brand improvement in the selection of the yearly awarded brand bearers.

More than one and a half decade ago a circle of authority on marketing and communication launched the International Superbrands program in Great Britain, by today it means a special assessment in 87 countries on 5 continents. Besides the program operating for seven years in Hungary, in 2008 the Business Superbrands program was started, which has been significant in international markets for years. This presents the most excellent brands of business sector, namely those Hungarian companies and brands that mainly serve Hungarian companies and organisations and not consumers. The list including approximately 3000 brands and companies that the15-member committee receives, is gathered on the basis of the database of Dun&Bradstreet, and in the light of recommendations of the most significant domestic professional organisations and associations.

This year the Hungarian Superbrands Expert Committee awarded the Superbrand awards for the seventh time. This appreciation presents the brands that can serve as example for the agents of the domestic market, which want to improve and learn for their future brand improvement. The MARSO Kft., which operates in tyre trade for 21 years, was considered to deserve the Business Superbrands 2011 award.
